Returns

At K2 Doors, we take pride in supplying high-quality commercial door hardware and replacement parts. As many of our products are ordered specifically for customer requirements or form part of specialised commercial door systems, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or products no longer required.

Please ensure you carefully check product specifications, sizes, finishes, and compatibility before placing your order. If you are unsure, our team is happy to assist before purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or you have received the incorrect product, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging where applicable

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Faulty Products

Products that are found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, K2 Doors may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Provide a refund where appropriate

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly:

  • Special order products
  • Custom manufactured products
  • Cut-to-length seals
  • Clearance or end-of-line items
  • Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
