Shipping Information

K2 Doors ships commercial door hardware, seals, replacement parts, and selected products throughout New Zealand.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items as quickly as possible to ensure your order arrives promptly.


Processing Times

  • In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Special order or out-of-stock items will be dispatched once received from our supplier.
  • If there is likely to be a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Parcel size and weight
  • Courier or freight requirements

Some larger or oversized items may require a custom freight quotation before dispatch.


Delivery

We use reputable courier and freight companies to deliver orders throughout New Zealand.

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delivery times are subject to courier and freight provider schedules and cannot be guaranteed.


Authority to Leave

If you provide authority for your parcel to be left without a signature, K2 Doors accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage after the parcel has been delivered.


Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your shipment has been damaged during transit or items are missing, please notify K2 Doors within 5 working days of receiving your order.

Where possible, please include photographs of the packaging and damaged goods to assist with our claim process.


Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is correct at the time of ordering.

If an incorrect delivery address is supplied, additional freight charges may apply for redelivery or returned parcels.


Backorders

If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we may:

  • Dispatch available items first, with the balance to follow, or
  • Hold the order until all items are available.

Where practical, we will contact you to discuss the most suitable option.


Rural Deliveries

Please allow additional delivery time for rural addresses.


International Shipping

At this time, K2 Doors only ships within New Zealand.
