Briton 1130 BNT SSS Door Closer

The Briton 1130 BNT SSS is a high-performance commercial door closer designed to provide smooth, controlled door operation in demanding environments. Finished in Satin Stainless Steel (SSS), it is suitable for a wide range of interior and exterior doors across healthcare, education, retail, industrial, and public facilities.

Featuring a universal, fully reversible non-handed design, the 1130 BNT offers flexible installation and reliable long-term performance. The closer body is constructed from pressure die-cast aluminium with a steel rack and pinion mechanism, delivering durability and consistent operation in high-traffic applications. Tested to 500,000 cycles, it is built to withstand years of daily use.

The closer includes adjustable closing controls, backcheck functionality, and a parallel arm bracket as standard, allowing precise door operation and protection against excessive opening forces.

K2 Doors has approved the Briton 1130 BNT SSS for use on selected fire door systems with fire ratings of up to 90 minutes.
